Aspire Higher Tuition

Proofreading	£20 per hour. Quantity discounts are available. A parameter of costs will be agreed at the outset, and a proofreading sample will be requested from the student to agree costs and approach, which is regarded as proofreading good practice.
Transcription	£20 per hour. Quantity discounts are available. Again a sample of the audio to be transcribed is requested in order to give a cost parameter. Particularly difficult to hear audio may take longer, or audio where there is a group of people speaking.
Study Skills including: exam preparation, essay techniques, presentation advice, dissertation advice, and ICT use in academic life.	£35 per hour. Quantity discounts are available after 10 sessions. A 10% discount per hour will be applied on session 11 and after.
Mentoring	£35 per hour. Quantity discounts are available for long term mentoring. For example, 10 sessions pre-paid are discounted to £300.
Subject specific advice: Sociology, Human Geography, Qualitative Methods	£35 per hour.
Advocacy & Advice	£30 per hour and quantity discounts are available. Cost parameters may be set at the outset. In hardship cases, some advice will be given pro bono.
Academic Skills for Business	E-mail for a free quotation. Cost depends on preparation time, time in the business and travel costs.

Cash or a cheque payable to 'Aspire Higher Tuition' are the preferred payment methods. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer. A receipt will be provided for payments made if requested. Payments by PayPal and credit or debit card through PayPal can be accepted if the customer accepts to pay the additional PayPal charges for the transaction. Payment is due immediately after a tutoring session. In the case of proofreading, transcription and academic skills for business, an invoice will be sent requesting payment and specifying terms.
