Initial Consultation

 

At Aspire Higher Tuition, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to clients. This is so I can begin to assess your needs as a student, and if we think I can meet those needs. There is no obligation to continue further if you do not feel happy to continue. Tuition involves both the student and tutor having a constructive dialogue and working relationship, and this requires a sound foundation. If I think I cannot help, I will be honest and say so up front. If it requires more than 15 minutes to explore whether I can help, that is fine. I am happy to accept phone calls from parents on a student’s behalf at the stage of the initial consultation, but I will also need to speak to the student before tuition can begin.

Aspire Higher Tuition also has associate members in other subject disciplines than the Social Sciences, so please ask about other subjects, if in doubt.

I especially welcome mature students, and I have particular experience of teaching mature students from my time as a PhD supervisor.
